Refund & Return Policy — JollyBricks Co.

Order Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, it immediately begins processing to ensure fast delivery.
Because of this, we can only cancel orders within the first 5 hours after purchase.
After that period, your order will already be in production or fulfillment and cannot be modified or canceled.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! However, because each set is packaged, sealed, and quality-checked before shipping, we only accept returns for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incomplete.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@jollybricksco.com with photos or video proof of the issue.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving return instructions.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm your refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your order included a discount or free shipping offer, that value will be deducted from the refund total.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect address entry

  • Orders delayed due to customs or shipping carrier issues outside our control

  • Products damaged by improper handling or assembly

Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or missing pieces.
If you need an exchange, email supportbrick@jollybricksco.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact your local carrier first.
If it’s still missing after 7 business days, we’ll help you file a claim and may offer a one-time reshipment or store credit depending on the situation.
